Cruella de vil is a big bully. I don't know why she tries to steal puppies just for a good coat. It's even worse. She can hide with all the puppies she’s stolen. She can hide in the snow , literally the snow.



But she is not worse than Voldemort because he kills cruella doesn't and that's one reason why i think cruella isn’t the worst villain of all time, same with other villains. They just think about them self not about everyone else.
